Consider who to invite

Adults-Only or Kid-Friendly?
An important factor to consider when inviting people is whether you want to restrict it to adults or allow people to bring their kids along. Considering most playoff games are on the weekend, it may be easier for your guests to bring their kids along for the ride. If that’s the case, make sure you have some entertainment for the kids if they get bored of the game and want to do someone thing on their own. Provide ample seating

In the hours before the game, make sure that your TV and entertainment system are in working order. No one wants to deal with technical issues when the game is about to begin!
Provide food and drinks
People are there for the game, but they’ll also want to munch on tasty treats and sip on their favorite drinks. You don’t have to have a ton of food or drinks there to satisfy them either; simply having a few of the key favorites is enough.
